I write about how ideas actually become value - where strategy meets execution, and where systems either hold or quietly break.
Most of what I publish sits at the intersection of AI, operating models, and enterprise strategy. Not in the abstract, but in how these things behave in real environments: how decisions get made, how incentives shape outcomes, and why well-instrumented systems still miss what matters.
What this is not
This is not commentary on AI tools, models, platforms, or vendor stacks. There is excellent writing on that elsewhere. My focus is the organizational and strategic layer underneath - the design work that determines whether AI generates enterprise value in the first place, and where authority, trade-offs, and decision architecture actually live.
This site is an extension of what I already share publicly - a place to develop ideas with a bit more continuity and depth. No content is gated, and there is no separate "premium" layer. If something is worth writing, it is worth sharing in full.
Background
Strategy consultant with over eight years of experience advising Fortune 500 executives across the Americas on enterprise transformation, AI strategy, and organizational redesign. My work has focused on translating complex, interconnected decisions into measurable business outcomes, including large-scale initiatives delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in value. Originally from Mexico, based in New York. Master's in Finance candidate at Harvard.
